Managing Director

In 2014, Robbie founded Waterline Ventures, an investment firm focused on Healthcare technology and technology enabled services. Robbie also serves as the Director of Business Development at Shields Pharmacy Services.

Prior to founding Waterline, Robbie was an investor at Highland Capital Partners working with early and late-stage healthcare companies. Prior to joining Highland, Robbie was an Associate in the Healthcare Group at Oppenheimer where he focused on M&A, public- and private-equity transactions for healthcare services and IT, biotechnology and specialty pharmaceuticals.

Robbie is a founding member of the Board for Breakthrough Boston, a non-profit that partners with local schools to provide programs for motivated, at-risk youth. Robbie is also a mentor at Blueprint Health in NYC, a healthcare accelerator for early stage healthcare IT companies. Mr. Greenglass earned his B.A. from Brown University where he currently serves on the Brown Alumni Association Board of Governors and acts as co-chairman of the Social Networking and New Media committee. Robbie earned his MBA from Harvard Business School.

Bob Higgens

Co-Chairman of Advisory Board

Bob has over 30 years of venture and private equity investment experience. From 1988 to 2013, he was General Partner and Co-Founder of Highland Capital Partners, an investment firm that raised over $3 billion of capital across nine funds. Most recently, Bob founded Causeway Media Partners which invests in sports technology and media.

In 2012, Bob was elected a fellow of the American Academy of Arts and Sciences. He is also a former director of the National Venture Capital Association and president of the New England Venture Capital Association. Bob has also been a General Partner at Charles River Ventures and the Executive Director of the John A. Hartford Foundation. He was Chief Executive of the Robert Sterling Clark Foundation and the Burden Foundation. Bob is a former Assistant to both the U.S. Secretary of Commerce and the head of the international division of the U.S. Treasury.

Bob is a graduate of Harvard University and earned an MBA from Harvard Business School, where he is a part-time faculty member.

Jack Shields

Co-Chairman of Advisory Board

Jack is the founder and CEO of Shields Health Solutions. After leading numerous successful health care companies, Jack Shields launched Shields Health Solutions in 2012. He believed that partnering with academic medical centers to provide on-site specialty pharmacies could achieve better patient outcomes and lower hospital readmission rates.

Shields Health Solutions' model is tailored for individual patients' needs. The combination of embedding pharmacy staff within each clinic, innovative technology and a back office support team enables patients to be effectively monitored and treated. The company uses data analytics and predictive modeling to identify patients likely to be unresponsive to their medication regimen and provide proactive intervention strategies.

Jack won the 2015 Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year Award for Shields Health Solutions.

Jack co-founded the Brockton Boys and Girls Club, was the Chairman of the Board of Trustees at Boston College High School and is a member of the Board of Directors of IZI Medical Products, and Allied Dental. Jack holds a B.A. from Notre Dame University and a J.D. from Catholic University Law School. Jack was a member of Notre Dame's 1981 Sugar Bowl team.

Bijan Salehizadeh

Investment Advisor

Bijan has over 15 years of operational and investment experience in healthcare IT and products. He currently serves as managing director and co-founder at NaviMed Capital, a private investment firm based in Washington, DC where he focuses on growth venture capital and private equity healthcare investments in healthcare IT and healthcare services.

Prior to co-founding NaviMed, he was a General Partner at Highland Capital Partners, a multi-billion dollar investment firm where he led or worked on many of the firm's healthcare transactions for nearly a decade. He is currently on the board of directors and advisory committees of numerous public and private healthcare companies.

Bijan holds an A.B. in Molecular Biology from Princeton University, an M.D. and Master's in Science in Healthcare Policy from Columbia University, and an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School. He is also a graduate of the Kauffman Fellows Program.
